BRUGGEMANN M1251 (LINEAR CHAIN EXTENDER)

•Relative Viscosity (RV) increases due to the mechanism of increasing Relative Viscosity (RV) due to the net structure of a general cross-linker and the increase in RV due to other linear cross-linking, allowing stable adjustment of RV.

•General crosslinking agents have a rapid decrease in Relative Viscosity in the 2nd and 3rd extrusion tests.

•M1251 maintains the original properties by minimizing the decrease in RV during multiple extrusion, allowing adjustment of properties from manufacturing, processing, and reuse.

•M1251 increases melting stiffness and helps produce fast and uniform products in the tubule extrusion and blow molding processes.

•It can be used as an alternative to PA66 compounding in certain applications by improving its physical properties by adding it to PA6 and PA66 mixtures.
